Shipping
We are presently able to ship only to the U.S. States. UPS ground shipping starts at $8.95 and applies to orders up to $32.00. On orders $32.00 and over, our shipping rates are the equivalent of approximately 10% of the RETAIL total of your order for UPS ground shipping. All orders are shipped via UPS, unless they are going to a PO Box (if they weigh less than 1 pound) or outside the 48 contiguous states. IE: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, APO/FPO Military Addresses. Shipping fees start at $24.95 and rates are higher for orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous states. Shipping calculations are performed in real time based on the destination address and the items ordered. During checkout the shipping total will be displayed prior to payment and will be revised each time you change the cart contents. Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of placing your order via the ship method indicated during checkout. You will receive an email confirming your order upon checkout and the status of the order will be updated after the items are shipped and then again when they are delivered. Please allow 2-4 business days after placing your order for your tracking number to become available. Ground Orders usually arrive within 10 business days of the day you place your order. Return Policy If an item reaches you in less than satisfactory condition, please contact us immediately for a determination whether a credit or replacement is in order. We will provide you with instructions on returning and/or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. You may report a lost, broken or missing item by using the 'Contact' page link on the bottom of the website.Return Policy for Non-defective, Non-broken Items Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 20 days. Please contact us using the 'Contact' page link at the bottom of the website for return authorization before returning merchandise. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items. Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns. Merchandise must be returned in it's original inner packing and must be in resalable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirements. The 20% restocking fee will automatically apply for delivery refusals and shipping charges will not be refunded. Billing/Shipping Address InfoDoes your billing address differ from your physical shipping address? If so, you can enter your credit card billing address (perhaps a post office box instead of a street address in order that our processor Authorize.net can identify it through the address verification system) as your primary address and your physical shipping address as one the five additional addresses that you can enter and keep in your store account address book. Upon checkout the Delivery Information page requests "Please choose from your address book where you would like the items to be delivered to." Just click the Change Address button and then select the radio button to designate your physical shipping address as the address that you would like the order delivered to. If you have not previously entered an additional address, you may do so at this point in the ordering process. Please note that UPS does not ship to post offices - only physical addresses. |
